Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

Pickup Orders

Orders selected for pickup are final once picked up. We are only able to return or exchange orders that have not yet been picked up. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue. After 3 days, replacements are no longer available.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Fridays are not eligible for expedited shipping. Express and overnight orders will resume processing on Monday.

Pickup Order Processing

Pickup orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) and must be picked up within 7 days of ordering. Orders not picked up within this time frame will be canceled.

Shipping Information

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (USPS)

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (USPS)

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (USPS)
