Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about order processing and delivery.

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care of every package.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders placed on Fridays are not eligible for expedited shipping
  • Express and overnight orders resume processing on Mondays

Pickup Orders

  • Processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase
  • Orders not picked up within this time frame will be canceled

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–6 business days
  • Express Shipping (USPS): 1–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Not available Friday–Sunday

Allure Lash Supplies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, taxes or tariffs, or lost or stolen packages.
