We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been fulfilled. This policy is in place for safety and hygiene reasons to ensure the highest quality standards for all our customers.
No returns or exchanges are accepted once a pickup order has been collected.
Orders that have not yet been picked up may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before completing their purchase.
Customers must inspect their orders upon delivery.
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team with photos and order details.
Requests submitted after 3 days cannot be accommodated.
